Company Description

Sullivan’s Camp Cacapon is located in Morgan County, West Virginia, 20 minutes from downtown Berkeley Springs.  We are a very small, family owned, campground with just 10 tent sites, 2 cottages, and 1 RV site.  We also have a boondocking lot, pavilion and 2 bathrooms.  This is our family retreat, turned campground.  We opened for campground guests in 2021 and have a very low occupancy rate.  Our campground is located directly on the Cacapon River which is well known for its crystal-clear slow-moving waters.  Perfect for kayaking, tubing and fishing.
