EMPLOYERS

To ensure we show the best listings to the RV community, Employer profiles are manually approved. Your profile may have been considered too incomplete by our team.
In order to ensure your Employer profile is visible on RVer Job Exchange, have basic information like website URL, address, and a description filled in. Please also take a moment to upload your logo, add some pictures, and select the types of jobs and sectors you’re hiring for. If your profile is still not showing in our Employer listings, please contact us.
Email applications are not shown on the main ‘All Applicants’ tab in your Employer dashboard. You can click on the orange ‘Applied with Email’ button at the top of the main section to view these applications.
Each job you list needs to be tied to an Employer package for payment, even if the package is free. You will select this package under the “Payment” screen when entering your job post details. Associating jobs with your package is how RVer Job Exchange controls your listing options, such as the ability to feature your job post or view Candidate unlimited resumes.
Our Insta Match feature allows employers to view pre-selected candidates that are an instant match to your posted job, based on their skills and sectors. Just click on the Insta Match link for your job post to view a list of candidates we think you can start your shortlist of applicants with!

There is no need to delete your job, just head to your employer dashboard and click on ‘Manage Jobs’. From here, you can simply check the checkbox below the filled position that says ‘Fill Job’. This will give you a more efficient job posting experience in the future as you can reuse this listing information for new job posts.
However, if you wish to fully delete your job listing from the RVer Job Exchange website, simply click the ‘Trash Can’ icon next to the job listing you wish to delete. Keep in mind, doing so will not allow you to ‘Duplicate’ this listing for easier posting of a similar job in the future. You will have to create the listing from scratch.

Employers have the ability to choose from three different options for each job listing, ‘internal’, ’email’, and ‘external’. Employers can change to a different application option for existing jobs in their dashboard under the ‘Manage Jobs’ tab.

  • Internal – This option allows RVer Job Exchange to track and manage candidates. From shortlisting, setting up interviews, and filling the position, this option provides robust tools to manage all your applications online via our website.
  • Email – For Employers who prefer to rely on a direct more email-based approach. The system will still track your applications and candidates from the ‘All Applications’ tab in your dashboard but you will lose access to some internal management features.
  • External – Allows Employers to provide an external URL for the application process. This is ideal for Employers that already have some method of accepting applications online through their website or careers portal.

Yes, you can delete your entire account from RVer Job Exchange via your user dashboard at anytime. You may also simply choose to set your account/profile to ‘draft’ to remove it from public view. This is a great option to keep your account information and listing for future use.

CANDIDATES

To ensure we show the best listings, Candidates with less than a 40% completion score on their Candidate profiles will not be shown. Make sure you fill out as much of the information as possible in your profile. Doing so will ensure you meet and exceed the 50% completion rate and Employers will be able to view your profile details after logging in.
To apply for any jobs using our system, Candidates must have a minimum 50% completion score in their profiles. This is an additional 10% increase from the profile completion score needed to have
your profile visible in the general Candidate listings.
