Company Description

The small ranch consists of some farmable land, a flowing stream with a pond and wooded hills.

There is no stock on the ranch but wildlife abounds with deer, boar and turkey being a few examples. There are many species of birds, with the thrust of the management plan focused on increasing the numbers and variety. Opportunities for hiking, birding, wildlife viewing, picnicking and relaxing under the large oak trees are inviting. There is a small house on the ranch which is occupied about 20 days per year by the owner’s family or guests, usually during April and October.

Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Kerrville is nine miles from the ranch and boasts full shopping facilities, including a Super WalMart, Lowes, Home Depot, major supermarkets, numerous restaurants, a large medical center as well as a VA hospital.
