Remote Payroll Processor

We are looking for an experienced payroll processor. This position is fully remote. You must have your own computer with reliable internet access.
Experience with online payroll processing and QuickBooks (desktop and online) is required. Experience with IOP is not necessary, but is definitely a plus. Applicants with less than one year of recent experience will not be considered.
Your primary duties will include payroll processing for multiple clients, setting up clients and employees, updating payroll changes, tracking PTO, initiating payroll tax payments, and tax filings in an online environment.
We need someone with excellent communication skills who is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, willing and able to work independently based on established procedures, but able to adapt and adjust to a changing environment.
Flexible, year-round hours, with sick time and vacation pay. We are looking for a commitment of 10-20 hours week. Pay rate based on experience.
