Evergreen Coho RV Park – Chimacum, WA

We are a private 55+ RV park looking for an individual to perform tasks involved in running a one-person office.

A high degree of proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Outlook is a requirement. A working interview using these programs will be required. Submit a cover letter and resume.

The job involves interacting with both resident leaseholders and traveling members of our national organization. We are looking for a motivated person who is patient, has excellent customer service skills, who can remain calm in a crisis, who is able to de-fuse potentially unpleasant situations, and who can see what needs to be done without constant supervision. Applicants should be flexible and adaptable in dealing with interruptions.

This is a full-time, salaried, permanent position of 40 hours per week during peak season and 30 hours per week during the slower period (October – April).

Monthly wage is $3200 to $3600 DOE plus reimbursement of up to $500/month for medical insurance. Beginning wage will be increased after successful completion of a 90 day probationary period and at the end of summer if performance is satisfactory.
